Ron from Rotter-man and his team did an outstanding job on replacing our graywater piping in our crawl space. I though there pricing was fair and he gave a clear explanation on what it would take. I now have a plumber I can count on.
We had a leaky pipe, three faucets with issues. Jared was very professional and thorough, replaced the pipes and faucets and found a few additional items of concern. He addressed them and suggested a solution. We would definitely use them again and refer family and friends. 7 months since the work was done, I called for a repair and Rooter-Man sent Jerry out the next day and 10 minutes later it was fixed at no charge. They're the best I've ever dealt with.

Rob showed up on time and reviewed our options for repiping the plumbing lines in our house. He gave us several options and we decided to have the work done next spring, after the Holidays.
Rooter-Man plumbers are the best plumbers and we will never go with anyone else ever again. We bought our home in 2017 and have spent over $20,000 on random plumbing and mediation projects, all resulting from the same source this whole time and while working with dozens of different plumbers.

This is a family-owned business that takes personal pride in the jobs they do. I have used a number of local plumbing companies like Southwest Plumbing who created damage to my home because of poor workmanship. They had to call in a hazmat team to replace our basement ceiling because they cross treaded the bathtub plumbing upstairs. Rooter-man is the only company for me from now on. Oh, and by the way they were much less expensive than these other companies.
We hired this company previously and were pleased with the work, so we hired them again to unclog a slow draining toilet. The response was very quick, and the work was done efficiently, within about an hour of initial contact. I can't respond to the "value for the money" question because we didn't get a quote from anyone else. All in all we would hire them again for sure.
Have used these guys on 3 separate occasions, from something as minor as a drain clean to a recent hot water tank replacement. Very good, professional work. Cleanly done...easy to schedule...friendly. There were cheaper options out there, but the peace of mind I have from this team is well worth it.

Very happy with my whole experience with Rooter Man. First with the speedy response to my request. I rec'd a text w/i minutes of my request & was able to get an appt for the next day. Due to a prev sched appt, I had to ask to have service window delayed an hr or so & they were able to accommodate that ask, too. Plus,, the tech, Jared was great - knowledgeable, efficient, polite - got my problem solved - 5 stars all around. Thank you !

Great Job by a great family owned business. Jared was the Journeyman plumber that complete the job and he was on time for the appointment. Once on site he did a great assessment of the job and gave a full run down of what would need to be done. Once I gave the green light to proceed he went right to work and completed the entire job professionally and efficiently. The full job consisted of remove old sink and install new sink, faucet, garbage disposal and under sink water filtration system.
