Who we are
When you call us, you talk to a person, not a phone menu. Often it is Rob, the owner. He listens, asks what you are seeing, and gets a licensed, background-checked technician on the way.
We work on flat, upfront prices. A $49 diagnostic fee finds the cause, and it is waived when you approve the repair. You know the price before work begins. Our regular hours are Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and if you need a plumber at night, we can send one for an after-hours fee.
